East Central Regional Prevention Coordinator

Brian Miner graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology-Vocational Rehabilitation. Brian is also a Certified Prevention Professional. Prior to becoming the Regional Prevention Coordinator for East Central MN, he worked in Education, Counseling, Behavior Analysis and as the Drug Free Communities Coalition Coordinator for the Mille Lacs Area Partners for Prevention (MAPP). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching baseball and football.

The Region 4 RPC is hosted by Kanabec County Community Health. Kanabec County is a small county consisting of 534 square miles and 16,207 people in east central MN. Kanabec County Community Health’s mission is to promote a healthy and safe community for those who live, work, learn and play here. The agency is dedicated to helping people increase their quality of life in every stage, starting prenatally through the end of one’s life.
